Can I migrate my email from another provider (Gmail, Yahoo, or another host)?
Yes. At checkout you can request migration help, and we reach out within 1 business day to arrange the transfer with no lost messages.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and amounts already charged for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We host on EU-based servers, publish a Privacy Policy, and provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every customer, accepted digitally at checkout.
Can I keep my current domain, or do I need to buy a new one?
You use the domain you already have. We give you the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to add at your registrar, and handle the rest of the setup ourselves.
